Before You Begin

Have These On Hand

The form takes about ten minutes. Having these ready will make it quicker:

  • Proof of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or legal status (new families)
  • Your child’s Alberta Student Number, if you know it
  • The name of your child’s previous school
  • A parent or guardian email address we can reach you at

Do not worry if something is missing — our office will contact you if any additional information is needed.

What Happens Next?

From Application to First Class

  1. Your application is reviewed

    Your registration is received and reviewed by our office.

  2. We contact you if anything is needed

    You will hear from us if any additional information is required.

  3. Your student is placed

    Online students are placed with a teacher and class. Home Education families are matched with a facilitator.

  4. Details arrive before you start

    Login information, schedules and everything you need are sent ahead of the first day.

  5. Learning begins

    Your family becomes part of our caring Christian learning community.
